Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm

For my birthday I told Felix I wanted to go this Tulip Festival, 40 acres of tulips!!   It was really beautiful (my mom would have flipped out!) Scarlett fell in mud half way thru our visit, but she didn't seem to mind and Felix and I thought it was pretty funny! Our first "outing" as a family of 4 someone was bound to be a mess before we left.   

   

What our day looks like now

Adjusting to two kiddos at home has been easier than I thought it was going to be.... don't get me wrong it has its challenges but for the most part we have had really good days (given it has only been 2 weeks ha ha)!  Scarlett just adores Olive and is such a HUGE helper,  she loves getting diapers and handing me wipes.  She also makes sure Olive always has a blanket over her, and even once she put her puppy next to her ( She must love her).  Days are flying by with Olive's nursing schedule and keeping up with busy bee Scarlett, I turn around and it is time for daddy to get home. We had Olive's two week appointment yesterday and she weighs 8lbs and is 21 inches long now.

Introducing.... Miss Olive Pearl

We welcomed our Sweet Olive Pearl on March 4, 2015 at 1:36pm.  She weighed 7lbs 7oz and was 20 inches long.
