Park Adventures

So, this post is a little out of order (the pictures are from three weeks ago); but I wanted to get these pictures on here. Mainly because I LOVE THE PICTURES! and I want them in our photobook that I plan on printing at the end of the year.  We actually just stumbled across this park one Saturday while driving around our new city.  The day actually started out at the winter's farmers market downtown and after we just started driving around.  It's so amazing how different the parks are out here compared to Albuquerque.  When I think of a park, I think of grass and swings; O NO the parks out here are forests!! They are absolutely beautiful! I of course was not prepared to hike around a forest but it still was a blast.  I think we will spend a lot of weekends at this particular park because it is right next to the river and from the looks of it Scarlett is going to be a little water bug.
